BROADLEAF POEM
A poem from one of our campers during a 2008 Adventure Camp
Broadleaf is where you want to be.
There are lots of horses you can see.
When it comes to the time to eat,
The food is surely a tasty treat
Lessons on riding everyday,
Horses like Eva, Peanut and Jay.
Tammy and Shelly teach us well,
They help train horses like Nancy and Belle.
Our male counselor is obviously fantastic.
We think his brain is made of plastic.
Our female counselors love playing guitars.
One day they’ll be musical stars.
Broadleaf campers are full of fun.
We canoe, bike and swim in the sun.
Even though the end is near,
We will definitely be back next year.
